Lovely 3-bedroom house in St. Augustine South
Our home is located in close vicinity to downtown St. Aug (3 miles), major food chains and grocery stores (Walmart, Wawa, Publix), and the beach (Anastasia Island). In addition to its prime location, it is also relatively quiet and has a fenced in backyard as well as 2 acre wooded area behind it. The home is located a few neighborhood blocks from the intercoastal.

We have enjoyed hosting people on Airbnb for years at various properties in the St Aug area. During this time, we have made a multitude of wonderful connections to people visiting the area.
Why they chose this property
We were fortunate to come across a property so close to downtown, the beach, and shopping districts. When we are not hosting, we vacation here and enjoy all of what St. Aug has to offer.
What makes this property unique
The property is unique in that it is relatively quiet while also being located near Walmart, Wawa, and Publix. It is a short drive to Anastasia Island as well as downtown.
