Terrible location and the house smells moldy.

The street to get to the property is horrible, full of holes and when it rains it fills with water. The house was moldy in particular in one room and we couldn't open the window because it was broken , the tv only worked local channels. The coffee maker was broken . It's a house for you to have a party, a barbecue and that's it. Be aware that the toilet paper you will have to take yours.

Espetacular

O imóvel é sensacional, acomoda muito bem mais de 10 pessoas. O ambiente tudo muito lindo e arborizado, me apaixonei pelo lugar. A única dificuldade é a rua, porém isso não afeta em nada a qualidade da casa e do ambiente. Como em pipa tudo é perto, a casa fica numa ótima localização. A Paula é sensacional e a Márcia e a Hozana são incríveis.

Dias maravilhosos

O imóvel é excelente, churrasqueira, piscina, cozinha, e quartos. entretanto, cabe apenas 12 pessoas e não 17 conforme previsão do anuncio. Apesar de pagarmos diarista as toalhas e roupas de cama foram trocadas apenas 1 vez. A proprietária ainda relatou que a casa tinha maquina de lavar, entretanto, pelo valor do imóvel e por pagar por fora diarista esse serviço deveria ser prestado. O imóvel é distante do centro da cidade, não dá pra fazer nada andando. Entretanto, gostamos bastante da estádia.
