This fourth-floor Bay Front unit features a living room with a queen sleep sofa, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher and microwave, and a washer/dryer. After you've enjoyed a day at the beach and an evening at such nearby restaurants as The Original Green Turtle and Jules, pop a movie into the DVD player and watch a little TV before retiring for the night. Non smoking. No pets please!

Great little condo with a lovely view!

Our stay here was great! Felt like home. Bed was very comfortable, everything we needed in the kitchen, cozy and quiet. Nice size living room and balcony. View was wonderful! We will definitely rent this unit again!

Great place

Property was well equipped with what we needed during our stay. Had a great view of the bay. Bed was comfy and the air conditioners were very powerful for those hot days! Also it was great having pool access. Only downfall is if you were walking to the highway it was a bit of a walk lol, other than that it was pretty great!

Jamestown Road Property in OC Maryland - Harbor Sails

Good Morning-We loved the convenience of the condo and the Bay View was absolutely AMAZING!!! The condo property as a whole, however, really needed some updates...new kitchen cabinets, new "comfortable" overstuffed sleep sofa, new comfortable bed, decent chair in the bedroom, hang flat screen in the living room and get a small piece of furniture under the TV to hide all the wiring....just needs very simple clean updates. Also, the sliding door to the outside patio was extremely hard to slide open and close...don't know what they could do to make that easier, but it would be very helpful. Also, the property was listed at approximately $600 for the week, but because of all the fees (I guess from Long and Foster) it added on almost $400 additional fee cost. Don't understand why fees to rent the property were so expensive, but we thought that was over and above what "fees" should be.
