Unwind in Babcock Ranch at this lovely home. With 2 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, this amazing property provides a wonderful space for guests to relax and recharge. The house features excellent amenities including water view, gated community with a community pool, fire pit. Additionally, there is an additional space with an office and a sofa bed, perfect for those who need to work or accommodate extra guests. This home also feature a 2 car garage and a 300 sq ft covered Lanai with an outdoor kitchen. This year we purchased a street legal golf cart for your use during your stay. Babcock Ranch is a fully accessible golf cart community so it only makes sense to have one. We hope you enjoy what our place and what Babcock Ranch has to offer.

We wanted to share that experience with others that are looking to " get away" in the long cold months and enjoy SW Fl. and all it has to offer.

Why they chose this property
Babcock ranch is a planned community away form all the traffic and hassles that come with some overcrowed SW FL areas, but close enough to enjoy the Beaches on the Golf.
Babcock Ranch is the first fully solar powered city in the US. Taking a almost direct hit from Huricane Ian, we never lost power and survived with minimum damage.

Edgewater guest house is a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Very comfortable for a snowbird couple that wants to invite friends or family to stay with them as they enjoy Babcock Ranch.
Edgewater is a community of 166 single family homes within Babcock Ranch, gated with its own pool( never have to save a pool chair) and ammenities. We set this house up as if we were the ones renting it. Highlights include outdoor kitchen, water view, 2 car garage, well landscaped yard.
