New beautiful construction home. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very convenient location near the I95. Allows you to easily travel to all the beautiful beaches in Daytona Beach, Palmcoast and St. Augustine. Located in a safe residential neighborhood and close to all your food and shopping needs as well.

Master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a walk in shower with 2 shower heads allowing two people to bathe at the same time. Every bedroom has a tv with streaming apps and so does the living room. Large screened in patio with plenty of seating.
