Occupancy amount must not exceed the allowed amount. Children 3 and under do not factor into the 6 maximum but there cannot be more than 10 people in total staying at the premises. The city of Palm Coast reserves the right to inspect at any reasonable time compliance with occupancy amounts. Rental agreement with the above stipulations will be emailed to the guest and must be completed before checking in.
