The condo was very nice, clean and well located. Our family enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and attractions. There was plenty of space for us for all of us. It was nice to have beach chairs and accessories already there.

This is a fantastic location and the layout that sits right on the bay and is only steps from the beach. Easy walks to all kinds of great restaurants and numerous activities. Highly recommend and Kevin is a phenomenal host!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is obviously very heavily used as much of the furniture and carpets are quite worn. The condo is in a very good area and accessible to the beach and amenities.

Not only was the condo in a perfect location, but it was beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. Hands down one of the best places we have rented from! Additionally, the cleaning staff were very accommodating as well as the owners. Our time spent in Clearwater was amazing and yours will be too, especially if you stay here.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. The photos do not do this property justice. It is much bigger and more nicely furnished than I expected. Location is excellent, comes with everything you need and more for a great time at the beach. Loved it!

Fantastic condo, close to everything!

This was a great condo, with plenty of space for our family of 6. Very clean and well stocked with towels, and kitchen supplies. A short walk to the beach and pier. Our kids loved the beach toys, and we got plenty of use out of the beach chairs provided. We would definitely book again!

Perfect location and guest service

Check in process was clean and fast. Condo was clean, organized and tidy. The location is accordance to the area is absolutely perfect. Only a couple minutes walk to local stores and good restaurants but also a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Great sunset view from balcony also made for a great experience. 5 stars and would absolutely stay there again.

Large condo close to the beach. Everything is really thought out and helpful. Everything is labeled in the kitchen and the outdoor storage closet has everything you need for beach. Definitely recommend this condo!
