Loved this 4 bedroom property with all of uts amenities, 0.5 miles to grocery store and restaurants, 30 minutes to disney.

We have stayed many times at this resort! The location of the house was perfect. House was clean, with all the amenities. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this family/host. their lovely house and an enjoyable resort!

Favorite stay ever!

This hands down is the best place we have stayed in our travels. Finding where to check in was a bit difficult but I may not have read the check in instructions clearly enough.

Perfect Space

We really enjoyed our stay. Our family of 6 was comfortable and felt we had our own spaces, if needed. The pool was nice, although one day was too crowded and some people were rude. We didn't stay at the pool long that day. We had a couple requests and Lorena was very responsive and the situations were rectified within a couple hours. There were plenty of pots, pans, plates and utensils in the kitchen. Thank you for a great stay!

Very Comfortable, Well Appointed

There were 5 of us in our group, and I was very happy with this rental. It had updated beds, very comfortable. Even in the kids rooms/ which I was traveling with three teenagers so it was nice to know everyone was getting good sleep! The place also had updated washer and dryer, and even the adjustable shower heads in every bathroom were fab! Loren was quick to answer any questions I had :) - there were TVs in every room with Netflix and such for the kids to watch. The resort pools are awesome and stay open late so the kids went there every night. The general area is very quiet and we felt safe with the 24 hour gate attendants and front desk. We had no issues on our stay and would definitely rent this place again !

Very Clean with a Great Location

The property looked like the pictures to me. There was plenty of seating for our group. The TVs are smart TVs so you can easily log into your streaming services. In addition to having more than enough dishes, glasses, and silverware there was a great selection of pots and pans (not always true when you are renting). Also a great selection of cooking utensils and knives. This property is a short walk to the pool area. You could even walk to Publix if you wanted (under a mile). The washer & dryer were good size, much bigger than the mini ones many rentals have.The owners were very easy to work with. Great communication and not demanding.I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Florida. The kids love Regal Palms and the lazy river.

Family Disney World Trip

Lorena was so responsive and made me feel like I made the right choice with her property. Any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly. The location was roughly a 30 minute drive to Disney World resorts.it was a tad bit further than I prefer but it was worth it. The price was great and the home was great. It was spotless when we arrived and had all the kitchen appliances we needed. I even asked about a rice cooker since my children need their rice and she was generous enough to buy one since no one had ever asked about a rice cooker previously. The location from the gate couldn't have been better. A straight shot in, only a few buldings in. It was a very quiet and clean neighborhood. We didnt explore the resort so I cannot comment on that but the Publix being so close was a blessing. We frequented there almost everyday!There was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplied in 2 or of the 3 bathrooms. The washer and dryer was amazing to have so we were able to pack light. The AC worked well. TVs in every room was a huge bonus. I have no regrets and will stay here again in the future.
