This apartment is an Accessible studio with ADA bathroom modified to accommodate guests with disabilities or reduced mobility. Includes elevated toilet seat ADA, grab bars around toilet and shower, sliding door for bathroom, shower seat and hand-held shower with rain shower.

6. A starter kit of toilet paper and soap is provided, after which guests must provide their own.
