Welcome to our newly renovated family beach retreat, just a stone’s throw—only 40 steps—from the inviting sands of Silver Strand Beach. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom oasis is designed to be your ideal beach getaway.

Step inside to discover a spacious, open living area with soaring vaulted ceilings, featuring custom couches and a designer kitchen with an inviting island seating area. Adjacent is a dining table leading out to the back patio, where you can unwind in comfortable seating and soak in the serene sounds of the ocean waves.

The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious "Westin Heavenly" king-size bed, a new Roku TV, and its own private bathroom. The two additional bedrooms share a generously sized bathroom equipped with a shower and tub. One bedroom offers a king-size bed and desk, while the other provides a twin bed that can convert into two twins or a king-size bed, also fitted with a Roku TV.

For your convenience, the home includes a separate mud room with a new washer and dryer, an outdoor shower (with hot water!) to rinse off after the beach, and all the necessary beach gear—like toys, boards, and chairs—to ensure you have a delightful beach experience.

Located just across the street from Silver Strand surf school, this home is perfectly situated for those eager to ride the waves at one of California’s premier beaches or just enjoy the sun. Nearby, you’ll find a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops as well.

Please note that this is our cherished family beach home, nestled in a tranquil residential area just one house away from the beach. We offer it for rent during periods when we're not using it ourselves. It’s important to us that guests respect our quiet neighborhood. Our home is tailor-made for families or friends seeking to embrace the relaxed beach lifestyle and all it has to offer.

The house was perfect!! Exactly what we needed for a relaxing family vacation with our 3 kids age 23, 20 and 17. Nice open layout, well equipped and efficient kitchen, table seating for meals and games, lots of closet and dresser space, comfy furniture and beds. Easy access to the beach. Quiet neighborhood with The Corner Store within walking distance. What puts this rental above others is the owner’s pride in the property. Very timely and clear communication, a binder with detailed instructions - you can feel that the owner cares that you have a great stay. 100% recommend.

The home is beautifully decorated and perfectly located. The host, Sarah, was so gracious - offering us an early check in so we could try to navigate driving through an epic winter storm. The home is open and modern and pristinely clean with easy coastal charm. It truly is steps to the beach. It would be perfect for families; the place is stocked with fun games, and the kitchen has everything. The beds were so comfortable too. Sarah made check in and check out simple - unlike with some hosts who make the process arduous. We truly loved this place. Honestly, it couldn’t be more perfect.

Perfect Family Spot by the Beach

House was sparkling clean, well stocked for activities and cooking, organized (not too many personal decorations to worry about), and laid out perfectly for our family of 4. Just across the street from a quiet and beautiful beach! Quieter and more residential than other beach houses we have rented, but close (15-30 min) to everything we wanted to do - Channel Island boat, Ventura thrifting, Carpinteria beaches, etc.

Excellent stay!

This was a beautiful house in a very quiet neighborhood! And literally 2 houses down and you are at the beach. Everything we needed was there. The couch was comphy, the kitchen well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable! Sarah worked with us when we had our original reservation with a different house canceled on us last minute. Everything works out for a reason I believe! We were very happy with our stay and would stay agian if we are jn the area!!

Amazing one story property immediately adjacent to the beach!

We just stayed here over Memorial Weekend and we were very impressed. The property is as described in the photos and description - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and plenty of space to spread out for my wife and 2 kids. The property has been recently renovated and is stocked with anything you could need during your stay. It amazing being just a few steps to the beach - no need to pack up for lunch or every time you needed to use the bathroom, just a short walk and you're back in business enjoying the waves again. The owner was also very responsive to a very minor issue that was out of their control (someone had illegally parked on the property, but I had plenty of space for my car) and it was solved immediately. 5 stars, would stay again

Beautiful getaway

Thank you so very much for hosting us in your beautiful home! This home has very recently been completely remodeled. I am somewhat disabled, so I wanted a place close to the beach that was close to the beach that was single story, and this home did not disappoint- just a few steps to the sand across the street. Every detail has been considered by these hosts, and the open living area was so perfect for our family with younger kids. And the backyard was perfect for our little ones to play. I don’t think there is one thing I could complain about! Nicest beach house we’ve ever rented. Impeccably newly decorated, just beautiful. Again, thank you hosts!!

Great House by the Beach

We were so pleased that the home was literally steps away from the beach. It made it so easy make several visits to the beach during our weekend stay. The home is clean and cozy. It is adorably furnished, and has all the comforts we needed for my husband and I, and our 3 kids (ages 12, 9, and 8) to make ourselves at home. The fully equipped kitchen made meal time easy when we felt like cooking, and there are lots of good restaurants around when we wanted some take out food. There were 3 TVs that were easy to operate. On site clothes washer and dryer was a bonus, as was the outdoor patio shower (to rinse off sand from the beach). The neighborhood was quiet, and neighbors were friendly. The owner was very easy to communicate with across every step of the process, and seems to genuinely want to deliver a high quality experience to those who stay in her home. I definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Oxnard, especially if you want easy access to the beach.
