Hello it is very important to respect the neighborhood please and never add more travelers than 8 including kids because we could lose our rental right with the municipality. They are very strict.

Here are their rules.
To ensure a respectful environment for our neighbors, any activities that generate excessive noise or visible light beyond the property lines must be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Please be advised that non-compliance may lead to neighborhood complaints and could potentially impact our ability to continue offering this property. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain good relations with the community.

Street parking is forbidden for short-term rentals. All vehicles
vehicles must be parked in the provided spaces.

Campfires must be made in the designated area as they are equipped with spark arrestors and are located at the required distance from property lines. Fires set directly on the ground are strictly prohibited.

Be sure to return the marina pass for your boat to the same place where you found it at the beginning. Otherwise, you may be charged a fee for a replacement if it is lost or left behind.
