Stay comfortably in Ski Trails in this 1-bedroom condo located right across from the Village at Northstar and skating rink with the walking path just below, steps away. This beautiful property offers a terrific home away from home for guests. There is a large couch with enough room to sleep 2 additional children (but it is not a pullout couch). With amenities like access to the coveted NPOA Recreation Center (with a fee collected there only if you use it) which has a full fitness room, 3 heated pools (the lap pool stays open year round), 3 oversized hot tub spas, splash pad for the kids, bocce ball, tennis & pickleball courts, an outside grassy area and shaded areas to relax near the pool, and more. In the condo, the cozy bedroom and spacious couch with open concept dining and kitchen areas provides a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring Tahoe and Northstar. Ski back to the condo for a snack or lunch, then ski back down to the gondola after. This is an ideal place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Condo looked just like the pics. Landlord responded promptly. It’s the most convenient location if you’re there for events at Northstar Redort. Amenities were nice & staff was friendly. Our friends stayed at the Hyatt club on the prop & wished they took the option we did to go with a VRBO instead of a hotel chain. I’d definitely stay there again!

Classic Woodsy Style

The property was perfectly functional and owner was very helpful when we needed fans due to extreme heat. This property has no air conditioning. Location right on the edge of Northstar Village meant it was truly walkable. Parking was easy and convenient. The unit is dated, including kitchen appliances. Cleaning was lacking, with multiple spider webs in hallways and on outdoor balcony.

We are a local Tahoe family, I manage my own condo at 4003 Ski View and are now managing the condo right next door at 4001 Ski View to easily host families or friends that want separate living spaces near each other.

Why they chose this property

Ski Trails was the original ski in/ski out location, now there are nearby much higher priced ski in/ski out vacation spots by the Ritz and in the Village at Northstar, but we are still much better situated for guests to easily ski down to the main gondola or walk right down to the Village from this Ski View location in Ski Trails.

What makes this property unique

The location. This condo is literally THE closest to the Village skating rink which you can see right through the trees, and if you look the other direction you can see the main gondola building. Each is a 3 minute walk away. Free parking in Ski Trails is included with your stay!
