We did not get to enjoy the pool. It’s mostly shaded and water was cold. Rooms were clean and had towels. Bathroom were clean as well. Proximity to Casinos and strip was good by Uber. Airport distance also acceptable. Shops nearby was convenient.

Check in was fine but upon arrival we found a dirty house with a very unusual layout. Every room had a combination which is odd. Yard dirty and unsafe exposed nails

Thank you for your feedback. We take cleanliness and safety seriously, which is why it’s important to clarify a few points. At check-in, your children were actively playing in the yard, and when our manager checked in with you, you confirmed that everything was fine. During your stay, all amenities were used without any concerns being raised to us at the time, which would have given us the opportunity to address anything immediately. The property layout and room security (individual locks) are accurately reflected in the listing and photos, so there should not have been any surprises upon arrival. As for the yard, it is regularly maintained, and no safety issues were reported during your stay. Unfortunately, after checkout, the home was left in a significantly messy condition, which does not align with the concerns now being raised. We always encourage guests to communicate issues in real time so they can be resolved promptly, rather than after the stay.

Had an amazing time

This is a beautiful, clean property. Easily accommodated 20+ friends. Check in/out process was a breeze. The host didn't even ask us to clean anything (although we did clean to show our gratitude) which is very rare. We asked for early check in and the host graciously allowed us to check in early. I am definitely going to rent this property again with my friends, just for a weekend hangout. This was a amazing experience.

Decent Stay, Bad Logisitcs

The location advertised is at least 15 minutes from the actual address. Beyond that, the address given to my party was slightly off from the actual property so we had to ask neighbors about where the property might be, because the host didn’t respond to us or provide detailed check in instructions in the first place. There also weren’t check out instructions. The property and associated poor logistics didn’t meet our expectations and we would like to be compensated fairly, accordingly.

The place we wanted was not available but they offered another wonderful property with 7 bedrooms spread across 2 ranch style homes in one enclosed fence. The beds were so comfortable and the VRBO managers were responsive to our messaging trying to make everything perfect for us. There was an awesome movie room that became our football headquarters and overall it was just a great place to get the extended family together. Definitely would work with this team again!
