Bella Casa 110m2 - Centro - Patio - BBQ
Old newly refurbished hallway cottage. It is located in the center of the city, three blocks from the gastronomic-commercial promenade of Av. Pellegrini, five from Paseo del Siglo (Calle Córdoba to 1600) and five blocks from the traditional Bv. Oroño. Its location towards the center of the block offers a shelter away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is developed on the ground floor, around a traditional style courtyard.
The space
The house is characterized by the search for a careful harmony between the tradition of the old mansions of the beginning of the last century and the new architectural impulses. Thus, we seek to immerse guests in an experience that combines the warmth of a traditional family house with the comforts and demands of our times.
