Parking area in upper driveway. Owner lives in unit below there is a gate located at top of inside stairs and a permanent barrier at bottom of stairs with curtains that cover the barrier. The owner has a separate entrance and parking area below.Pool is open June 1st to October 1st depending on weather conditions.
