I am the host of this property and originally came from Philadelphia. As an avid sports fan, I came to Clearwater/Dunedin area for Spring Training baseball back in the 80's and made plans to stay! I hope I can help make your stay the best one!
Why they chose this property
The owners chose this neighborhood because it was walkable to downtown, 2 blocks from the Pinellas Trail where they like to ride their bikes, and to head to the marina for the gorgeous sunsets! The house is in a residential area, so you will feel right at home.
What makes this property unique
The house is on a corner lot, directly on Douglas Ave, so you can watch the golf carts drive by as well as sit in the large backyard and eat al fresco.
