Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:

If you do not honor our pet policy (no pets disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Excellent Stay

Extremely clean house, located minutes from attractions we visited (Zoo, Chess Museum, Kingside Diner, The City Museum, the Arch). Close to awesome food and historic Ted Drewes for ice cream. Try Ari’s Restaurant for top notch Greek food and Espresso Yourself for great coffee and scones.

Quiet clean house

Very clean house, close to everything we wanted to see the Arch, Botanical Garden, and Grants Farm and close to lots of restaurants. Love immo's pizza.

Best and Clean Stay

I really enjoyed my stay it was a nice neighborhood and the house was beautiful and clean and Mr. Lage was a great host when I come to St Louis next year I will be looking him up. If anyone is looking for a house for a vacation trip please look up 5639 Bancroft you will not be disappointed.

House was very clean, very comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood and very convenient to downtown and other activities. When the furnace runs it is very noisy in the main bedroom.

Convenient location

Was as advertised. Quiet neighborhood. Close to major attractions. No staples, other than enough K-cups for the Keurig for several days, but there was a grocery store one block away.

Pretty good for what we needed! Kind of dirty and host not very responsive to a maintenance issue (unopenable garage that was not repaired during our stay), but overall fine. It’s super central to everything and the huge backyard is great.

This property worked really well for us. Quiet neighborhood, close to a grocery store, comfortable beds and layout. Yes, the HVAC unit is in a closet in the master but we didn't need to run it at night. Responsive host.

We had a wonderful four‑day stay. The home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, with plenty of space for our small family gathering. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed. The backyard was especially lovely and gave us a peaceful place to relax.A couple of small things the management company might consider for future improvements: the heating/cooling system can be a bit loud at times, and a quick text with arrival details or FAQs would make check‑in even smoother. The bedroom pillows were quite large and a bit unwieldy, so offering a mix of pillow sizes could make the beds even more comfortable. Some of the furniture shows normal wear, but nothing that affected our stay.Overall, it was a great spot for family time, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Comfy, garage a

Found everything as described. Garage parking was a plus. Room for the family to spread out and relax. Street is quiet and feels safe. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped, backyard offers extra room to spread out. One tip: furnace is in the master bedroom closet and can be loud when running. It lulled us to sleep but something to be aware of.

Nice house in relatively safe area

Older home that is well maintained and very clean. The older neighborhood that seemed safe and pretty convenient to grocery store(less than a mile), food options, zoo, downtown and interstate. Seemed to have been remodeled fairly recently. Garage/parking is in the alley behind the house not the main road and a little tricky to get in and out but nice to have(especially since there was some rough weather some of the stay). Very little to no noise or traffic even with some utility work being done the week we stayed. No issues and everyone was pleased.
