Enjoy the newly completed pool just steps from this unit. Just steps away from Mandalay Channel and 4 blocks from the beach, you will revel in the beauty of the natural surroundings, ocean birds, dolphins and manatees. Laundry available on-site at the back of the building.



The Space:

Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.

Enjoy the newly completed heated pool located between 617 and 611 Bay Esplanade buildings.

Amazing stay

We were amazed with how clean everything was. They were still in the process of renovating after the hurricanes did so much damage but our rooms were completely redone. Beach chairs, Beach umbrella and hair dryers were included so we didn't need to rent them. We enjoyed waking up and lounging with our coffee in the hammocks or the little dock in the bay and the beach was a couple of blocks away. Owner was extremely responsive to any questions that we had. Would definitely recommend this location.

Beautiful place & right on the Bay. Easy walk to the beach a few blocks away. Clean & 3 bathrooms was a huge plus for 6 adults. Host was great! Very responsive & helpful with all questions.
