The home is not far from several hiking trails, Lake Erie beaches, Spire Institute, Geneva-on-the-Lake and I-90.

The Space:
This 3 bedroom / 2 full bath farmhouse has been thoughtfully remodeled, blending the old with the new.

There is a very spacious main floor with a fully stocked kitchen, dining space, large living room with electric fireplace and couch space for all. There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a beautiful tile floor. Off the kitchen is a back sunroom perfect for playing games or enjoying a cup of coffee or a night cap. Laundry is also conveniently located on the main floor.

Upstairs you'll find 3 unique and cozy bedrooms and another full bathroom. This bathroom features a tiled shower and tiled floors. The primary bedroom also has an electric fireplace for extra ambiance and coziness and a TV.

Additionally there is a three seasons front porch and a large back deck that overlooks the beautiful yard. The deck has lounging and dining furniture in spring through fall. There is also a fire pit for use and a propane grill for those gorgeous country nights.

Guest Access:
The main house and the yard. No access to the basement or barn.

Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to travel to the local attractions, wineries, and restaurants. Parking shouldn’t be an issue wherever you plan on visiting.

Other Things to Note:
The TVs are google TVs which allow you can log into your own streaming services.
