Thank you for taking the time to let us know your experience. Island Realty would like to thank you for letting us know that the bed was uncomfortable for you. It is difficult to have the perfect bed style for everyone’s sleeping preferences. Some guests like a hard bed and some like a softer bed. It is difficult while on vacation to have a bed that is like sleeping on your mattress at home! Guest feedback is very important to us; it is how we improve our service. We will make sure to pass this along to the owner. We look forward to the next time you are here on the Isle of Palms in the Sea Cabins!

The Island Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice stay during the week of July 28th. The rental was adequate for the 2 of us and everything was in order as described on Island Realty site. The air conditioning worked well. The only thing I will say is needed to be at least a manual can opener which there was not but we made out ok without it. Also the bar stools could use cushions because there were uncomfortable if sat on for a long time.
Response from VrboOwner on 11 Sept, 2025
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that your stay went smoothly and that the unit lived up to your expectations. We truly appreciate your recommendation about a manual can opener and will pass it along to the owners. We look forward to welcoming you back on IOP soon!

That is the only thing I suggest.
