About this property
Gema’s Nest TOO
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Newly renovated studio in the heart of Montego Bay in a gated community. Walking distance to Harmony Beach, KFC, Pizza Hut etc. Only 7 Minutes drive from Sangster’s International Airport (MBJ) and close to the famous Mobay Hip Strip.
The space
This is very central neighbourhood. This condo is located in the gated community right off the main street, When walking it would be a bit of a steep hill. To get to hip strip, guests would need to walk up and down the stairs (about 5 min).
Also please note that all main tourist area and buildings along it were built in 1950-1980s, hence the outside of the building is dated. Unfortunately, we cant change the looks of the building. However, we have upgraded our apartment as much as possible.
Other things to note
Please note the whole area around hip Strip was built in 1960-1980s and buildings look dated. that's something outside of host control. also this studio is located on the ground floor and faces the parking lot. So there is potential for noise.
