Enjoy breathtaking views from the 3rd floor...watch the sunset as you're eating dinner...look for dolphins as you're eating breakfast...go to sleep with the waves right outside your bedroom window--it doesn't get any better than this! Welcome to Pinnacle Port A--318 located in the tower building.

Amenities! Amenities! Pinnacle Port is a self-contained resort with multiple pools (including an indoor pool), sauna, community room, game room, workout room, playground, fishing on Lake Powell and the Gulf of Mexico, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and many more. Pinnacle Port is a gated community with 24/7 security. Unit A--318 is a townhouse style condo with the bedroom on the entrance floor and the kitchen, dining room, and den on the upper floor. It is a one bedroom and one and a half bath condo with a king size bed, queen sofa sleeper, and a pull out single chair bed. There are 13 stairs from the bedroom to the kitchen area. The full bath is in the bedroom. The half bath (2 sinks and toilet) are upstairs.

It is off the beaten path yet only minutes away from all of the attractions of scenic Highway 30A. Take a drive down 30A and see the quaint beaches of Rosemary, Seagrove, Seaside, Grayton, and Santa Rosa. Keep driving west and you'll run into Sand Destin--home of the Silver Sands Outlets. Destin is just a little farther down the road and boast of many fine restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The new Pier Park is only 8 miles away from Pinnacle Port off of HWY 98. It is a unique shopping and dining experience.

Come, relax and enjoy the sandy white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. You won't want to go home!

I’m glad you enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. We are right at two miles from Rosemary Beach on Highway 30A and about 10 minutes from Pier Park. There are a lot of great restaurants close by. The beach is just a walk down the stairs or a ride in the elevator away from the unit. I hope you’ll return again soon!

Very nice condo in a wonderful location! We only stayed a couple of nights, but if you stayed longer and brought groceries and necessities, you literally wouldn’t ever want to leave. So peaceful and quiet, and the scenery is just beautiful! The owner was amazing to work with!

Great beach front location!!

We had a great time on our stay. We had a beautiful beachfront view from the condo and the beds were comfortable. The stores are conveniently nearby & the whole area is family friendly. We definitely will be back next year.

Perfect location for our beach trip. Quiet area to take our family and enjoy the beach and close enough to shopping and attractions to enjoy a day out and about. The views of the beach from the condo were amazing, even on an overcast day.

I agree with you— the views are amazing! It is a nice size condo for a one bedroom. Believe it or not, the two bedrooms are only about 100 more square feet. They just have smaller rooms for the most part. The close proximity to the beach is one of our favorite parts of vacationing there. Look forward to having you back!

Property as described, location is amazing. The balcony was great to sit on in the AM & PM. Could use some TLC, some updating, but was very comfortable. The bed is super comfy-slept great every night!

We love the location of the condo! Right on the beach and very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Highway 30A is about 5 minutes away, the outlets in Sand Destin are about 25 minutes away, and Pier Park is about 10 minutes away. I really enjoy the balcony in the afternoon. Great location

Perfect location if want to be away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to it if you choose to go! It’s literally right on the beach which made it so easy in the mornings to set up, the condo itself is as described, it is a little older…not fancy but the price reflects that, we really enjoyed our time! My kids cried the last night not wanting to leave!

I believe the location is great. Very convenient to many fun things to do and great restaurants. Being directly on the beach is nice as well. I do believe the pictures on the website are accurate in showing the balcony. When asked I explain it as a “down the beach view.” You can enjoy the beach from the balcony but it isn’t a direct view. I enjoy sitting on the balcony in the afternoons as it isn’t as hot due to where the sun is located.

Good deal for the price

Spacious and comfortable with great views from dining table. But beds were not too comfortable and apartment is quite dated, but some charming and practical touches. Good deal for the price, but not luxurious.

We love the views from the kitchen table. It is very relaxing sitting there looking out at the ocean. I do believe the pictures do an adequate job of showing the condo. I want to offer a family friendly vacation spot. That is my goal.

My mom (the owner) retired from Wallace State Community College in Hanceville, AL. I (unit manager) am an instructor at Shelton State Community College in Tuscaloosa, AL. My husband is the Director of Athletic Photography at The University of Alabama. We have three children. My brother is the Director of Golf/Head Golf Coach at Florida State University. His wife works in the FSU athletic department with financial aid. They have two children.

Location, location, location! It is a very secluded complex with 24/7 security. It is off the beaten path yet only a stones throw from scenic HWY 30A.

We love the many different amenities that are available at Pinnacle Port. It is a self-contained resort! The girls LOVE the indoor pool and being able to walk directly on the beach from the condo.
