Got of a cruise to stay here because one of the amenities said laundry room. However when we got there the washing machine would not open. Maintenance was sent to room however was told that it may or may not get done today. We only booked for one night because we were getting on another cruise and doing laundry was a MUST. We had to haul our luggage to a laundromat 20 min away pay an additional 40 bucks for laundry. Also the hand held shower head did work, bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. There were bugs in sliding glass door tracks. The TV was not a smart TV. What was supposed to be a relaxing time turned into a nightmare.
