Recently renovated and modernized one bedroom apartment with two balconies, quiet and aircon. Excellent location in Central Nice on the Eastern edge of the Carré door, or Golden Square, area of Nice. It is close to the shops on the grand Avenue Jean Medicin and surrounded by boutique bars, cafes and atelier shops. It is an interesting sector to discover, a combination of off the beaten track and still only a few hundred meters from the seafront and the hubbub of Vieux Nice.
