Stunning lakefront condo. Ten minutes Snowbasin Ski Resort and a short walk to the beaches of Pineview Reservoir (access beach through Martin's Cove). Beautiful decor. Immaculate. Private hot tub. Amazing water and mountain views. In high demand. Summer rental days are limited so book early.

The main level has an open concept kitchen and living room. Comfortable couches, gas fireplace, Streaming TV plus Amazon Fire stick, large windows, deck access, dining room table, barstool seating. The fully stocked kitchen has cookware, dishes, spices, and stainless steel appliances. The upstairs outdoor deck includes outdoor furniture, BBQ grill, and a covered porch.

Bedroom one is the king master ensuite complete with Apple streaming TV plus Amazon Fire Stick, amazing water views, a walk-in closet, and deck access. The bathroom includes his/her sinks, a large soaking tub, and a separate shower. Bedrooms two and three are located downstairs. Bedroom two is a queen room, and bedroom three holds 2 twin/twin trundles. The final sleeping option is a full Murphy bed and a twin daybed with a twin trundle.

Complex amenities include an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), a hot tub, tennis/basketball courts, a pool table, and Foosball table.

Snowbasin

We have stayed at the Lakeside Condos many times. This unit had one of the best views of any we have stayed in. Great location for skiing Snowbasin.

Home was perfect for our weekend retreat. Master bed wasn't my favorite but I'm a bed snob. Great location if you're a skier or a boater.
