Beautiful Oceanfront townhouse❤️

My family and I loved the townhouse and the location. It’s so nice to walk off the porch into the white sand and be able to see the beautiful water. The townhouse was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Best week ever! Next year already booked!

We had a great time. We stayed in a different unit last year and had issues with the beds and the doors opening but not in this unit. Back deck could use a little work but I already notified the property Manager and he assured me it was already in the plan to work on it. I know the sand/salt/sun can be tough on surfaces. My sisters and I will be back to this unit the same week next year!

Thanks so much for the kind words. I spoke with the HOA and the decks are scheduled to be replaced in the Fall. Meanwhile, the HOA will monitor and secure any loose deck boards.

Great to know the condo exceeded your expectations. The renovation that was completed in Late Spring of 2021 turned out amazing. Largo Mar is a smaller resort with nice amenities and of course the beach. There's nothing like being able to park at the front door and step off the deck directly onto the sand. The multi-level balconies offer comfortable seating and views to mesmerize. The location is ideal and just minutes from St Andrews State Park, local attractions, great restaurants and Pier Park is nearby with shops, restaurants, The Grand movie theater, and the Pier. Beach access nice - condo was ok.

The positives...I will say that the townhouse being directly on the beach was wonderful, especially with kids. Walking right out to the beach is a breeze, compared to staying in high rise condos (which is what we’re used to). It was fully stocked with pots/pans (even though they need replacing) dishes, silverware. But I can’t say we will return to this unit. The pictures are accurate of what the place looks like, however it was much dirtier than shown in photos. We always take a swiffer and go over floors anywhere we stay and it was pretty gross. It has carpet on the upper two floors and if you walk barefoot your feet are going to be extremely dirty. Carpets need replacing or a major deep clean. Also it’s coming apart at the bottom of the stairs and you can see the tack board. We always bring our own sheets and change the beds, which I’m glad we did because there was hair everywhere, even on the mattress pad after removing the sheets. We also ended up going to Walmart and purchasing more bath towels, with 7 people there just wasn’t enough and that was with me washing them every single day. The downstairs tv was so dark we couldn’t even watch tv, the upper level TVs wouldn’t connect to the Comcast box so we ended up going and purchasing an HDMI cable and hooking up our iPad to watch anything. Half of the outlets don’t work properly or the plug wouldn’t stay in them. The vents upstairs bathroom constantly leak water from sweating (doesn’t matter if the door is shut or open) and drips on you if you’re standing at the sink getting ready. If you don’t want to sweat constantly don’t stay on the 2nd floor, it was hot the entire time and we kept the curtains pulled constantly. The 3rd floor was probably the nicest and cleanest part of the place. It was decorate well. The downstairs has brand new furniture which is nice. The deck outside needs some work. For as much as we paid, I feel like that we could have stayed somewhere a lot cleaner and nicer. David was great to work with - we had a hot water heater issue upon arrival and he answered immediately to help fix the problem. Along with when we called him regarding the TVs (which we really never resolved - but we didn’t have a lot of time for tv anyway.)

Right when you walk in, it’s the cutest place! I love the beach view on every floor!

The condo is decorated so cute! My favorite part is the ocean view!! It’s gorgeous. The beach is perfect! Everything you need is in the condo. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds are comfy. My family had such a great time we will be back next year!

This unit is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. It's awesome to have the beach as your back yard and very convenient if you have children. Largo Mar is also in a great location, it's close to area attractions and restaurants etc. I would highly recommend this unit!!!

Great location for enjoying the beautiful beach!

This property is very well maintained, stocked with utensils and cookware. We were with 3 other families that each rented a unit at Largo Mar, and in comparison, this unit was by far the best maintained and decorated. Beds and pillows are comfortable, towels are adequate, and all appliances work well. David is professional to rent from and he responds promptly. This was the 2nd time we rented this unit from him and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Best anniversary yet

Had a terrific time getting away for a week for our anniversary. Walking out off the deck your onto the beach, and your in the water under 2 minutes. The condo was everything the pictures it appeared to be...and more. Everything we wanted, quiet and inviting, and fully stocked. If I owned this condo, I don't think I could have decorated it and outfitted it any better. We will be back....count on it.

Paradise in Panama!

Absolutely stunning con Don't! As soon as you walk through the door you can see the glorious beach and turquoise water! Simply glorious! The decor is gorgeous, the rooms are immaculately clean and pretty. We had such a wonderful time...you walk right onto the beach from the back doors. Cannot say enough nice things about this property. The restaurants are great and close by. The beds are comfy, the sheets are fabulous! Can't wait to go back!

Excellent vacation spot!

Florida in October is beautiful! We were very pleased with the condo; it was welcoming, clean and had all the cooking supplies that we needed. It was obvious that updates had been made and the master bath was beautiful. My family has been staying at this complex for over 25-years and this was one of the nicest condos that we’ve stayed in. We appreciate that these units are not high rises and we can enjoy watching the kids play on the beach from our patio. Everyone enjoyed the easy access to the beach and pool. The pool area was great, plenty of lounge chairs and tables for everyone. Actually, we enjoyed it so much that we tried to rent it an extra day but were too late – it was already taken!

We had a great week at this condo. Everything was as advertised. Wifi worked well, nice tv's, plenty of dishes. The grounds are very well kept. We loved it and would love to go back to this unit. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Reservation process is very easy. Owner quick to reply to e-mails. Loved it!
