Knoxville Stay

We had a wonderful stay in this great downtown apartment. The location could not be beat with its proximity to all the great venues and restaurants. The apartment is within a great old building with plenty of charm and space for all. Looking forward to the next visit.

We had a fabulous time at this cool apartment for Family Weekend. We walked to fraternity row and Neyland so didn't have to worry about parking on game day.

Amazing!

Tom, the owner, was very accommodating and helpful in any area we needed. The location to everything was amazing, we rented those Like scooters to get around and for a little fun! The loft was clean, and beautiful. I loved the rustic vibes! Can’t wait to stay here again, 10/10 recommend!!
