Convenient to restaurants & shopping in Midland Commons & easy access to Fort Benning, downtown Columbus, the Riverwalk, the airport, & Columbus Park Crossing. This spacious 3 BR 3 full bath home has been newly renovated with fresh paint, new carpet, & LVP flooring. Two master suites are on opposite ends of the home with en suite bathrooms. The backyard has a lagoon style pool with waterfalls, a grill, & a covered pavilion! (This home has a no-smoking and no-pet policy). Charcuterie Board Available for an extra fee. Please allow 24 hours notice for ordering of Charcuterie Board before arrival.

We live in Columbus, GA and love to travel and we are foodies. We love hosting. Providing a nice place for military veterans and their families to stay while they visit Ft. Moore.
Why they chose this property
This is a quiet neighborhood consisting of many active duty and retired military veterans. The neighborhood is rather large, and there is a small lake nearby that you can walk to and feed the ducks.
What makes this property unique
We have a private pool with waterfall, a large screened in porch and patio for grilling and entertaining and a pavilion in the backyard with lights. Fresh paint inside and out, new flooring, and new dishwasher & fridge round out the kitchen.
