Mine and my families stay was amazing. The house has everything you can think of and more. The home was very welcoming, clean and my kids loved the goodie basket. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make memories with our family. Thank you for the amazing stay!

No problems at all, the property was as described and everything "just worked" - we'd definitely stay here again.

Exactly as described

It was the perfect spot for us while I worked, my family was able to relax and enjoy some sunshine. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and everything else very well stocked.

Great property

This was the best VRBO we have stayed at. The amount of thoughtful additions such as snacks, soaps, and extra towels was fantastic. Access to the garage was also appreciated.

Accommodations were good, location is quiet. Main level bed is two twins together so a bit hard to sleep on. Living room furniture could use updating as the seating is a bit uncomfortable. Other than that it was great with good communication with the rental folks.

Highly recommend

Our stay in house was really good . The pool was a little cold but the hot tub was good . I wish I had more time to stay to really enjoy it all. They have bbq area, that in the sunny day would be perfect. Very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely be staying here when I come back to visit my brother. Thank you .

Long flight from Hawaii

The MAIN reason we rented this property was for the hot tub, which was ice cold upon our arrival and took 3 days to get up to 95°. We had to talk with the pool guy ourselves and we're very disappointed that the advertised hot tub didn't work until it was time to check out.

John, while we're glad that you enjoyed the home overall, we're sorry that certain aspects fell short of your expectations. The hot tub had maintenance done before your stay, which required it to be emptied, cleaned, and refilled. This caused it to take longer than usual to heat up and we apologize for the inconvenience. The hot tub was checked again upon your check-out and it was confirmed that it was up to the standard temperature. We can confirm that is now in excellent working condition. As is evidenced by the many great reviews, these owners are accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we feel confident that future guests will be delighted. Best, the Evolve Team

Great house but!

Well the hot tub was not hot, just luke warm, ugh. When the pool refills itself the water pipes in the master bedroom clang around and you cant sleep, pretty frustrating. If those 2 things worked it would be 5 stars.

Kimberly, while we're glad that you enjoyed the home overall, we're sorry that certain aspects fell short of your expectations. The homeowner wishes that you had reached out at any point during your stay to inform them of the issues you experienced with the hot tub and the noise in the master bedroom. They value every guest experience and would have worked promptly to resolve your concerns to ensure that you had a wonderful stay. Additionally, we at Evolve are more than happy to help with any concerns while in residence - we have a team dedicated to helping travelers 7 days a week! Best, the Evolve Team

Nice Home, cold pool!

Hi, my family and I enjoyed our stay at this rental home while in Arizona. The home was clean and spacious for our family of four. We truly enjoyed using the pool table while there. The kitchen was clean and provided nice houseware items for our use. However, the refrigerator and dishwasher needs to be updated. The dishwasher had rusted spokes where the plates are placed and the refrigerator/freezer ice basket is rusted leaving rusted particles on the ice. The backyard was nicely equipped but we were disappointed that we were unable to use the pool due to the water's very cold temperature. The owners should really consider investing in a heater for the pool.

Great choice for a group of friends or a family

We really liked this house and it worked well for us. We had 4 gals sharing the house part of the time for a golf trip and everyone wanted their own room so it worked great. The house is very well equipped and we didn't really feel we were missing anything. Everything was very clean when we arrived, including the hot tub. The pool is beautiful but unfortunately way too cold to get into. Would have preferred a heated pool considering the nightly fee, but it was as advertised so I knew what we were getting. There was an existing issue with the washing machine and the owners/managers were great about notifying me and arranging for someone to come into look at it. They were very considerate and great about calling ahead of time. If I rented again in Coolidge and needed 4 bedroom I would not hesitate to rent the house again.

Weekend skydive trip

Probably the best setup house that I've ever rented. It was like coming home everytime we returned back to the house. The owners set it up so well, from leftover spices to snacks on the table to a beautifully decorated outside pool area. Every utencil a kitchen would want was available. Everytime I looked for something I wish I had, it was there. Above and beyond rental property. Made me feel like visiting grandma....
