Upgraded, highly rated rental. Your Basye adventure begins at this 4-bedroom house. Step inside and you'll find everything you need for a brilliant stay. With four bedrooms, 3 rooms have queen beds and 1 has a twin bed, This wonderful house comfortably accommodates guests. The living room is complete with a new sofa bed and chairs and provides additional space for relaxation. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like smart TV, WiFi, all the essentials and washer/dryer. The 2 full bathrooms are equipped with towels and toiletries. Two outdoor spaces, one with fire pit and a large deck with a 6 person outdoor dining table.

Right at the end of the street is Bryce resort with mountain bike park and golf in the summer and skiing in the winter.

5 minute drive to lake Laura for swimming and diving and water sports.

Enjoy local restaurants in Basye and the next town has breweries, wineries and vineyard.

Please gather the bathroom trash as a courtesy to the cleaners. White trash bags can go to the outside cans. Also set temp to 75 in summer, 65 in winter.
Comforters are on a standard schedule. Please don’t remove.

Host was very responsive and provided all the information we needed for a great stay. House was clean and as it is described. Very close to the Bryce Resort- five minute drive maybe. Plenty of space, fun games for the kids, and everything we needed in the kitchen!

Oh gosh this home and property was wonderful. Quiet and so peaceful. Connie the owner had left an "All you need to know of the home, activities, food places notebook" for our family. Which proved to be very helpful. The home was spacious and open enough for our family to be together and separated. Free wifi, beautiful wrap around deck, lovely sitting area with a firepit. Wood was also cut and provided to use. Only small issue, former guest had left opened and use items in the refrigerator (we threw out). Small bedroom linen didn't appear changed, so the room not used. Linen in the washer and dryer. We just finished it and folded it up. Again, small minor things which did not stop or ruin our stay. Connie, has all the cookware, utensils, dishes, coffee maker, bathroom needs you will need. Trust this owner DID NOT LEAVE OUT ANYTHING FOR HER GUEST. The rental cost was also reasonable and doable for a week. We have plans to return next year. As far as feeling safe. Police officers drove through the area nightly and twice even to speak with us. We were sitting at the firepit with grilled hotdogs and s'mores. Ms. Connie, from my family to yours. Thank you for allowing us to vacation at your beautiful home. 🤗🤗. Truly a beautiful and fun experience.
