Great winter retreat

My husband and I went there for 6 weeks during the winter. Weather was way better than what it was in PA. This house is directly across from beach access 95. Great location and near the grocery store and lots of restaurants.Would definitely stay here again.

The house was wonderful! Literally just a few steps to the beach. You can see the beach from the top deck which is great. It was fully stocked with “starter” items. One paper towel, a few TP, soap, shower products, dishwasher pods, etc. Our family had the best time in this house. It is such a convenient location with a publix and Aldi one minute away and Carillon beach next door! And several great restaurants. My only complaint - there was quite a lot of hair on the downstairs shower walls and bathroom drawers when we arrived but it didn’t bother us enough to take off a star or contact the owners. I know they would have been quick to respond if we had reached out! Overall, a wonderful house!

House was clean and exactly as expected and shown on the property listing. Easy access to the public beach. Very busy area for cars and golf carts, but may have been more so for the holiday weekend. Enjoyed our stay for the short time we were there. Property manager did a very good job of communicating throughout the process.

The house was very clean besides of one section of sticky floors when we walked in and quite a bit of hair on the downstairs bathroom shower walls. The downstairs queen bed was very uncomfortable but we only stayed 3 nights so not a huge deal. Overall, the house was great!!! Plenty of starter items were provided (garbage bag, lotion, soap, dishwasher pods, paper towel, etc.) the location is incredible. Literally steps from the beach. One minute drive to carillon beach, Publix, Aldi, and bayou hills. Overall, I would definitely recommend this house!

Very convenient for beach lovers. Grab your stuff and walk to the beach in 2 min and setup for the day. If someone wants to take a break or have a quick lunch at the house just a 2 min walk back. Beautiful beach and water. Clean house and plenty of room for the 5 adults. Had issue with kitchen sink not draining when we arrived. Called Blue Swell next morning to let them know and service came and fixed it within 1h. Thought master bedroom might be noisy along 30A but it was not a problem. House must have good insulation and sound proofing to the street but 30A was also not very busy in 2nd half of August. Bought local seafood at local markets and had great dinners. All of us really enjoyed the stay.

The property was clean, the management team was professional and communicative, and the house is BRAND NEW. The location cannot be emphasized enough... the beach access is quite literally across the street. It made for a seamless stay. Rosemary Beach was a 6-minute drive away, and the beach was practically private due to how few people were there. Notably, there is a bathroom on the third floor, which was perfect for privacy. The space was lovely, open, clean, and perfect for hosting the trip! One note for future guests is that there were no pantry items or beach towels, so be sure to buy and pack those on your own. I could not recommend this property enough!
