This location was perfect for our visit to a Springville wedding. Comfortably accommodated our group with three bedrooms and roomy kitchen. It offered a patio with plenty of seating, and a dining table, with a beautiful view and decorative outside lighting. The WIFI was great and TV had lots of options. A side note, the stairwell didn't fully extend to the upper floor so if you have older/younger folks you'd need to be careful.
The host was very communicative and responsive. We would highly recommend this VRBO for anyone seeking a relaxing stay.

Very disappointed in the stay. The tile floors were filthy, the children stepped on large thorns in the carpet, the pots and pans had old food caked on.....and the worst, and most disgusting experience was the couch in the only common area was soaked, and when we lifted the cushions to expedite drying the debris underneath the cushions was disgusting. Light bulb was burned out in very steep stairwell. The kitchen trash can smelled horriblely and I saw how filthy it was inside once I removed liner. The outdoor trash can was filled to the brim from before our arrival such that we could not put our trash into it.When making the host aware of the concerns, we were met with excuses and how they were minor....At the price they charge for this rental, the problems were hardly minor. The hosts have been very uncooperative in compensating us for the less than satisfactory experience.

This was our second time at this property but the first time with our youngest grandchildren (3 years and 6 months). At arrival, the door knob locks were engaged so doors wouldn’t open even though code worked on deadbolt. Kelvin was responsive and figured out a workaround. The main problem was multiple room scents plugged into outlets and creating a powerful scent throughout the house; way too much especially for babies. Also the light in the one (steep) stairwell was out and created a dangerous situation on the stairs. On the steep stairs It can’t be easily changed; would require someone with equipment, which is likely why the light hadn’t been changed. Overall cleanliness was ok and location on river lovely but also on busy road. Spacious living room and very well supplied kitchen and huge back porch (but have to watch little ones carefully of course). Overall found Kelvin very helpful and responsive but house not best for our littlest family members.

Guests reported the issue at 7:30 am in the morning on Sunday and wanted to fix right away. It is very hot season, that’s why the well didn’t pump enough water. We reached an technician to come and fixed the problem.
Guests checked out with trashes, dirty dishes, leftovers, undies and towels everywhere.
Not recommend to any host. We had all photos to prove it.
