Escape to our beautifully furnished townhouse located in the Woodland Pines community in Bartlett, NH. This inviting home features three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a private bath. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, making your stay as convenient as possible. The townhouse accommodates up to 12 guests comfortably, offering ample space for family and friends.

Everything is private except for the pool
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking or vaping in the house
- No fireworks or other illegal activities
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 9pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

Spacious condo near family-friendly activities

It was very comfortable for our 3 generation, family of 6, ages 7 to 81. Lots of great touches like a well stock kitchen; plenty of plates and silverware. The host was very responsive. I would highly recommend. My granddaughters (ages 7 and 11) loved playing card games in the loft. Their only complaint was that the pool was too cold during our mid-June stay.
