the condo was comfortable and convenient to all the sites we wanted to visit. beds were comfortable. there was plenty of hot water. communicating with flor was a breeze and made the stay most enjoyable.

Wonderful stay

The apartment was exactly as advertised - very comfortable and clean. Location is excellent, lots of stores, restaurants and parks nearby. Flor was very welcoming, helpful and easy to reach. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience!

We were in Buenos Aires only a few days. The location was great! Lots of restaurants, a large supermarket (Coto), places to exchange money. The apartment was clean and very secure. The Manager was a great help Very personable!

Wonderful Palermo, Soho location

The location is very convenient. Many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. There are two elevators in the building. Kitchen has the essentials. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. Flor greeted us and checked in with us mid-week. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.

Great location, nice flat

Flor and her mom waited for us to greet us upon our arrival, although it was already late at night. They are the best hosts you could want. The flat is near many bars and restuarants and is easily accessible (by metro and bus). It is comfortable. and near the botanical gardens, which makes for a relaxing alternative to the rest of the city. We would definitely want to stay there again.

Comfortable Stay in BA

Very comfortable apartment. Spacious with a lovely balcony. Good building security. Landlord accommodating and very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help us feel at a home as we had rented for the month of January. Very responsive if we needed to contact her. Lovely neighborhood with restaurants, coffee shops, cafes a health food store and fresh veggie and pasta stores. Would definitely stay there again.

Location and Amenities - Great place to stay

We were excited about the apartment when we booked and even more happy during our stay. First, Flor is wonderful! Communication was easy, she was there when we arrived, and took her time to explain the flat and gave plenty of recommendations for the area. We know we will keep in touch! About the property, we stayed over two weeks and found it just fantastic. The unit has great wifi which was important as I had to work while in town. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had lots of space, and the kitchen had all the tools to cook, which we did. She has plenty of extras as well, washing machine, blackout shades, mosquito screen on the patio door (rarity), full size refrigerator, a kettle, filtered coffee pot, hair drier and so on. I also want to mention patio was large enough for a proper table and chairs for coffee in the morning or sunshine in the afternoon. Additionally, we were their in mid-summer (Feb) and we could open the windows for the breeze, so we rarely needed to turn on air conditioner. Now about the neighborhood, wow. We research areas in advance and knew we wanted to be in Palermo, but didn't know exactly what we would find around the apartment. For us it was perfect, it was in a residential neighborhood and really close to acclaimed restaurants, beautiful terrace cafes, even a few blocks further you will find high end cocktails bars and great shopping. There are loads of parks near by and a major transportation hub just a 7 minute walk. We are major travelers and have lived all over the world, that said I would be quite happy to call Flor's apartment home again!

What Mr. Karel D. chooses to omit is that once his complaint about the cleaning was received (I admit the window panes were dirty), a cleaning lady was hired who came once a week to meet his demands, which were very close to excessive. Even so, this person was sociable and satisfied once the problem was resolved. Therefore, I find it highly reprehensible that, having seemed pleasantly satisfied, and I would even say happy, with the cleaning service, he chose to leave this biased comment here, without considering the consequences of his imprudence. The "thick layers of dust and dirt" are a malicious exaggeration and were resolved when the cleaning was intensified. During his stay, this gentleman used to leave windows and doors wide open during the day, which obviously collected the dust coming from a construction site right across the street in the heart of the block. In addition, when we went to clean the apartment, we found very dirty floors and the kitchen and bathroom walls strangely stained with a reddish color, as if they had been intentionally stained just to control the service. Regarding the sofa, there was never any complaint, but I don't rule out that it was also tampered with to make it appear defective; the fabric also had stains. Finally, in the living room, there are six chairs, some new and others not, as they are original to old bars in Buenos Aires. All defective? Another irresponsible distortion. This apartment is for sensible, non-cleanliness-obsessed, and honest people, and it is suitable for rent. Please keep this in mind when booking.

Bright apartment in great location

The apartment is in a perfect location with hundreds of restaurants and activities just minutes away. The bed was extremely comfortable and the AC kept the apartment cold even when it was crazy hot outside. Flor was a pleasure to deal with. Easy to communicate, flexible w/check I/O, and always ready.
