Very clean house. We had 9 people with us and had plenty of room. The property was close to the beach. Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful condo in great location. No issues with owner. Communication was great. Bedrooms were great. Concerns were the small things maybe to some. Towels were stained, couch had big stain, almost no usable pots and pans, baking pans were old and rusty, had nice gas grill but no propane (i bought a tank and left there for next visitor), no sponge or dish soap for kitchen area ( bought and left there for next guest) Scott's single ply toilet tissue, and probably some other things. These little details is what I would like to see corrected.

Could use some improvements (cleaning). Upon arrival husband started cleaning the garage picking up items that were thrown, living room area was dirty stains on sofas & area rug, sofa bed had pet hair on cover. Some kitchen appliances did not work properly and there was a foul smell in the pantry, shower curtain in upstairs bathroom needs to be changed ( mold issues ). One of the beds needs to be replaced…we attempted to pull out trundle and the bed fell apart

Great, but needs new maintenance group.

House was beautiful. Rooms were gorgeous. Surprised it had a washer and dryer. Worked great. Parking was a bit of a stretch. But the downfalls are garbage was full from last tenant, daybed upstairs was broken, TV upstairs in both room rooms would not work.
