Located a few blocks from the beach in Ocean Park, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Within the best beach neighborhood in San Juan known as Ocean Park.

This fully furnished studio is located on the sixth floor of a condominium building in the gated neighborhood of Ocean Park. Windows on three sides allow for fantastic breezes, day and night. Views of Condado and sunsets to the West, partial Ocean views as well as sunrises to the East, and El Yunque to the South East. Furnishings include a sectional couch with coffee table, queen size bed and night table, dining table for two (inside or out on the balcony) as well as TV with DVD and Sony CD player. Wireless access. The bathroom includes a walk in shower with a window to view the Blue Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a company washing machine. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are also included. There are two chairs and a table for you to enjoy the balcony. Off street parking is also included.

Genuinely a great stay. Walking distance to Ocean Park Beach which is great for sunbathing or beach walking (not swimming). The unit had everything you needed and Christopher is incredibly responsive. The air conditioning works well and the onsite parking was very helpful. Would stay again. Keep in mind many of the pedestrian gates were not open most of the time. You can always walk to the Santa Ana gate and enter/ exit there, which we did not mind because the neighborhood is beautiful.

Wonderful host and stay. The bakery, Kasalta was our every morning stop and the walkability of the area was a highlight of our stay.A one minute walk from the beach that happens to have access to a cute beachside bar! Highly recommend for a romantic weekend for two.

This apartment is in a great location, super close to the beach and plenty of restaurants/coffee shops in walking distance. I felt very safe and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Gorgeous condo, had everything we needed, the views are outstanding surrounding the entire place, few steps from the beach, the neighborhood is high end, calm and quiet and we really enjoyed the walks to restaurants. Most importantly, the host is only one text away, very courteous and accommodating.
