Astonishing Casona with swimming pool, steps away from main square.

With AN UNBEATABLE LOCATION (one block away from Plaza de Armas) , UNAMORADA is a beautiful house that combines an old structure with modern and functional design. It has a swimming pool, terrace with barbecue (world famous sunsets), a room with a TV and a beautiful piano, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and several photo opportunity corners. It is a perfect place for families or groups looking for a space created to live, rest and enjoy being in the heart of the Historic Center.

Important note: there are 3 apartments at the front of the property, and one room at the back not included in the rent. I (Jaime) live in one of them and the staff lives in the other 2. Staff will help with dishes in the morning and keep common areas clean, they do not enter the rooms.

Frita (most amazing schnauzer in the world) lives here also.
