Please place ALL television/fireplace remotes on closes nightstand or fireplace.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loitering in front of property (sidewalk/pavement/street) Any decor/sticky/destructive pieces/litter left behind may incur a $100 fee upon guests
No Smoking in the interior of the home. Dispose of buds appropriately.No tampering of smoke alarms. No decorations that may impact/delay turnover team
