Very spacious house! Very comfortable. We loved the coffee bar and the porch! The third bathroom was not near the bedrooms but we just shared the one nearby. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Cui le, was a great host. She had great communication and made sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The home was simply amazing. It was as clean, spacious, and in a great location.

Loved our stay! The house was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of room, very convenient to both Memphis and Germantown. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware. We appreciated the bottled water in the fridge. Plenty of towels, too. WiFi worked well. We didn’t really watch TV, but each room had one. AC worked well throughout the house. The upstairs bedroom has its own unit which was very helpful. Cui Le was a responsive host and contacted us after arrival to be sure everything was in order. We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in Memphis and give this property an excellent recommendation!

The house was very accommodating for our needs. The host was very responsive to our needs. The neighborhood was quiet even though there is a catholic school across the street. Never would have known that as it was quiet. Traffic was a little heavy during rush hour but that could be said about most areas. Fully stocked with supplies . This house would easily accomodate 8 people with 2 living spaces, a workout room and and has a nice sunroom. Would easily stay there again.

Very nice home! Recently updated, very clean, in a good location, close to amenities. Host was great! The screened in porch was excellent for relaxing outdoors! Loved the little extras like soap, shampoo, coffee, laundry detergent, bottled water. Nice touches! We were in town for a family wedding, this home is about a 18 minute drive to Cedar Hall. One of the best vacation rentals we have stayed at! I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful spacious home that was perfect for our group of 4 girlfriends. We each had our own bedroom. The newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms were wonderful. The kitchen was very well supplied with everything you need. The laundry room even had detergent for our use. The best part is the huge screened in porch with plenty of furniture for a group to gather. We enjoyed our coffee there in the morning and happy hour there in the early evening. We would stay again.

Great place to stay. Tons of room for everyone. The only thing we found a little unusual is that in one of the bathrooms the toilet is in the shower itself. The property owner was very good about getting back to us when we had questions. We had a little problem, hooking up to the Internet, but finally got it resolved with the help of thr homeowner. thehomeownerhomeowner.

Great Central Location for Visiting Memphis

We were staying in Memphis to visit family and we had other family members staying with us in Memphis. This location was perfect for us an it is centrally located enabling us to get anywhere quickly.The house has plenty of space for multiple people. There are 2 large living spaces, an game/excercise room, and a large screened in porch. All of the pictures accurately reflect the state of the house.We had great stay with no complaints. This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Memphis.
