Please Note:

1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

3. Note, we do have a security camera at the home and it is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. It is facing the exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside the home.

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

6. We provide complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night and we will provide you with a swift response!

7. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at the cabin!

Beautiful property! Very well-equipped with everything you need when vacationing along the water. Really enjoyed the fire pit area and deck overlooking the creek, and the kids absolutely loved the saucer swing. Highly recommend!

A sign out on Route 44 stating what alley was she be used to access the property. The neighbor came over Friday night and told us if we used the stone road we would get arrested. Even though that is where the GPS took us down. Also maybe get non stick pans for the kitchen instead of stainless Steele.

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful time at Frog Hollow Lodge. The property had everything we needed to kick back, relax, and have fun! The water views are amazing both inside and out, and access to the creek couldn’t be easier. The kids had a great time in the water and loved, loved, loved the swing! There are plenty of great places to eat nearby and lots of things to do. Having on site kayaks and tubes was a plus. Communication with the host was great. Highly recommend staying here!

hello just wanted to let you know if you had fans for the upstairs windows then we would have to leave the AC on for half the day,See there only on e window in each room so the cool air dosent come in.maybe a 3 speed fan and it has to fit like 24 inch fan big enough to cool the room...wasted alot of electricity with AC on all the time.thanks the fans are cheap in comparison.

Not what I expected

I wasn’t going to rate this place, and I didn’t ask for a refund. The pictures of the place online were beautiful. The fire pit area was very nice, it sets along the river front and is great place to watch the stars. The house is not at all what we expected. To be fair we showed up roughly an hour early and the cleaners were still there. She asked if we wanted her to mop the floors? I just nicely said whatever your routine is go ahead we will patiently wait. We sat down by the river and talked as she cleaned. When she was done and about to leave, I seen the front patio was never swept out, there was food under the living room chair and under the kitchen table. There was earwigs everywhere in the house. My friend had one crawling inside her c-pap machine. And they were everywhere in the bathroom. There was a bees nest in the back porch area. I mentioned it to the maintenance man, he said he would take care of it but never returned. There was a dehumidifier in the dining area that required us to continuously empty it. Then on the last night we had stayed outside to watch the stars. We left the lights on in the house and all the doors were closed. We had the air on. When we came back in the house, there was a million bugs on the curtains , and the ceiling. I realize this is next to a river and a woody area, some bugs are expected, but this was an infestation of bugs! The beds were comfortable and the decor is nice. Aside from that it was a nice get away.

Relaxing

We had a nice time, very relaxing. We went during a heatwave and a storm but we still had a good time watching movies and playing board games that were available. We also got some fishing in and my 8 yr old and 6 yr old had a good time playing on the swing. We had an issue with the air conditioner and they sent maintenance to help us that afternoon. The communication was wonderful. The neighborhood is nice, with friendly neighbors. We would definitely stay again. The Pine Creek Inn is right next to the cabin and they have amazing food and drinks!

I love brainstorming with like-minded entrepeneurs who are enthusiastic about new opportunities, just like me. I like to make things happen! Which is why I love what I do.

Currently, I am helping homeowners from across the country manage there Vacation Rentals and welcome guests into their 2nd homes through our company called BNB Breeze. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and mostly handle Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do. Currently managing properties in 13 different states.

I'm excited to say that the company has grown to include many team members! Heather, Aj, and Barb are all working full-time to help BNBbreeze maintain all of the beautiful properties we manage. Additional part-time team members help round out our entire business. Working with with these folks is part of what makes this job so fun:)
