Celadon Beach Resort is a Gulf-front luxury, high-rise condominium on the west end of Panama City Beach. You will enjoy beautiful white sandy beaches and incredible sunsets. Listen to the waves and admire the beautiful emerald green water. Panama City Beach is a perfect family destination and has been voted one of the world's most beautiful beaches. Celadon Beach is located 2 miles west of Pier Park, offering the ultimate beach condo vacation experience! *SNOWBIRDS & TRAVEL NURSES WELCOME*FREE BEACH CHAIRS SERVICE

Enjoy the pristine, white sandy beaches, free beach service, resort amenities and luxurious accommodations. This beautiful unit sleeps 6 -with one bedroom plus bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sleeper in the living room. This unit also has two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flatscreen TV, and private bathroom with shower/ tub combination.


Celadon Beach is a non-smoking community. No smoking or vaping inside or outside the unit. You will love your view from the 16th. floor balcony!

Celadon Beach Resort offers 2 pools, one beachfront and one heated, indoor and outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, a tennis/pickleball court, exercising room, charcoal grills and covered parking garage. Security cameras in common areas in elevators.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was super clean and well done. The bed was super comfy! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Elevators were being worked on, which in turn created long waits during our stay during The Memorial Day weekend. Hopefully they are repaired and working well now.

FABULOUS!

This was one of the CLEANEST VRBO's we've ever stayed at and we've stayed at a lot. Great communication and SO clean. We'd LOVE to stay here again.

Perfect location

Our family recently stayed and it was everything we hoped for! The view of the ocean from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking – we could watch the sunrise every morning and relax with the waves in the evening. The condo was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach chairs and umbrellas. The kids loved the easy access to the beach, and having a pool on-site was a great bonus for days when they wanted a break from the sand. The location was also close to restaurants and shops, so we never had to go far for anything. Overall, this was the perfect getaway spot for our family, and we’ll definitely be back!

Property is absolutely beautiful but when we entered it smelled like someone had smoked inside. I texted the owner asap and she said thanks for letting her know nothing more nothing less. We found that the ceiling fans are about an inch thick with dust in bedroom and living area and the coverlet on bed was filthy and disgusting we had to take coverlet off and we bought room spray for the cigarette smell. I sent owner a pic of the dust on ceiling fan and told about the coverlet that was Monday and today is Wednesday nite and I still have NO reply from her. I even sent text asking her to please reply but still NO response. I also asked if the damage fee that I paid was refundable but still NO response. We have stayed at Celadon on three other vacations but that unit was booked. That owner was so great to book with and he checked on us during our stay. If you book this unit don’t expect that from her. I am still waiting. I feel so disappointed that you pay that much for a condo and the owner will not respond when emailed. Just out of respect just reply to an email please. I didn’t want to do this review but I had to because we pay good money for vacations and for an owner to not responds is so disheartening and it’s been almost 4 days.
