Check-in process was easy and the house was accurately listed! All the amenities were easily accessible and convenient. Great spot for groups, location was great for walking or a quick drive to downtown/South Congress. Would stay here again!
Great location and good communication from the host. House was clean and beds were very comfy. Only complaint was that some of the furniture was broken and there were no lamps by the beds.
Clean home, safe neighborhood and close to downtown Austin. It was easy to grab an Uber to and from Memorial stadium. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again.
The house is gorgeous and the three bedrooms, all with adjoining bathrooms, were perfect for our group. Central location is near it all!

We really appreciated how responsive and accommodating the host was especially when we were facing a possible flight cancellation. She was understanding and willing to work with us, which we genuinely valued. The layout of the home was great, and the location worked well for our trip. However, the property itself didn’t feel as clean or guest-ready as we had hoped. There were dirty tissues under the couch, the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it and the main living room couch was very worn, broken, and covered with blankets that had an odor suggesting pets had been on them. The bathrooms initially lacked hand towels and washcloths, though the host kindly brought some over when we asked. The bedding was mismatched and the comforter in the main bedroom had dirt stains on it and didn’t fit the bed properly. While the beds were comfortable, the main bedroom had a nightstand with no lamp, and the upstairs rooms didn’t have lamps or nightstands at all.Overall, while the layout and location were positives and the host was helpful, the cleanliness issues and lack of attention to basic guest comforts made our stay disappointing compared to other rental properties we’ve stayed at. With some updates and more thorough preparation, the home has potential.
Well, honestly this is a tough one. This is a hidden gem and I don't want to tell anybody about it so it will be available for our next trip. This house is beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable (we have stayed in numerous VRBOs where the mattresses were hard as rocks). The house was so clean and very spacious. The neighborhood was clean and safe and not once did I worry about our car parked on the street. We have a son on the UT Drumline and try to get down to watch him. We will definitely be booking this house again, hoping it will be available. Once people find out about it, I'm sure it will stay booked.Host was very communicative and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The host even reached out to us to not worry about the pre house cleaning prior to our departure (taking out the trash, stripping beds etc)Thanks for an awesome stay. Next time, I'm hoping we will have longer to enjoy the relaxing environment.
I feel like this house is a work in progress. It’s super cute, in a great neighborhood and walkable to South Congress and Rainey street with access to a great walking trail very close by as well. The decor is very nice and the house was clean and quiet. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need with nice appliances and a walk in pantry. The couch is a large sectional that needs to be replaced. Both of the end sections were broken and the entire leather couch is peeling. The owner tried to cover it with a slipcover. This was very disappointing on several levels especially since they did such a great job with the look of the living space! This sad couch just negates all the hard work that was put into this area. The listing says this house sleeps 9 which is a true statement. However, the 4th bedroom is essentially a cot set up in the middle of a small room that looks like it should be an office. This is referred to as the “spa” room in the photos. All of the other bedrooms were large, clean and quiet with large en suite bathrooms. Again, each room needs a little more work to make it on the level that a person would expect when staying at even the most average hotel… let alone somewhere you are paying 900 a night to rent. Washcloths are not included in the “amenities” provided. With that being said, after messaging with the owner, washcloths were dropped off for our use. The first floor bathroom shower was unusable as it only dispensed scalding wa
