Spacious self-contained apartment in the grounds of Wykeham House near Spalding. Ground floor entrance with WC, washing machine and storage, stairs to first floor with large bathroom with shower, bedroom with king sized bed, feature wall and desk. Open plan kitchen/living/dining room with all mod cons, comfortable seating, dining table, large Smart TV and views onto the garden and riverbank which runs alongside the house. Private dining area outside as well as access to the 2.5 acre garden with heated outdoor swimming pool (open summer months only).

Spacious, fresh and clean. Fantastic hosts. With total ease on checking in. The apartment had everything you could possibly want, total attention to every detail. The use of the pool was amazing. Tranquil and beautiful setting, but right by Springfields Outlet village and not far to Spalding town centre. A great base for exploring all that Lincolnshire and north Norfolk have to offer.
