Superb stay close to many amenities. Suite was exceptional- clean and cozy. Host got back to us very quickly with response to our questions- recommend this VRBO to any looking for a great place to stay in East Vancouver
Place is small & compact but has everything you might need. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Everything looks brand new and everything was so clean & tidy. What a pleasure to stay there & would definitely stay again. Hosts were so quick to respond, location was great for where we needed to be and is also within walking distance to greats streets for a walk.
The suite was in an excellent location - close to Commercial Drive, and easy access to downtown Vancouver as well as Burnaby. The suite was small, very well kept and modern. The only "issue" was the King Size bed in the bedroom - a Queen would have suited the room better. We definitely would consider staying here again.
Very clean and the unit was the perfect size for my wife and I and had all the convivences of home.

This wold have been perfect, but the walk to the skytrain in the rain was a bit longer than expected. That's probably my age though. Thanks for the stay

Great hosts and lovely park nearby (awesome Saturday morning market to discover). Nanaimo skytrain station is walkable in 10min. 15min walk to Commercial drive. Great launching pad to visit Vancouver.
We travelled from Ontario and found this property was perfect for our needs! Extremely clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Was also close to public transit and grocery stores. The hosts responded promptly through messaging and instructions were very clear. We would definitely stay here again .
This place was immaculate! It also had every possible thing you could need in the kitchen AND laundry! It’s not real close to shops but it’s close to Trout Lake. Inside is dark with high up windows but if you’re mostly there in the evening, that might be fine.
Very clean. All the necessary. Very calm. Well located for transportation to Vancouver city.

The property was new and clean and very well equipped. the location was extremely convenient for our needs and the proximity to trout lake park was excellent. daily walks and the Saturday Farmers Market is wonderful!!
We had a pleasant stay. Beautiful apartment. Super clean and well kept. Very close to the sky train which made adventuring easy. The hosts were accommodating and helpful. If we come back to Vancouver we will definitely try to stay here again!
We really enjoyed our stay here, although both of us had colds so had to use the fold down couch that isn't that comfortable. The king bed is really comfortable and we really appreciated all the little extras.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
We will certainly stay here again. In fact we wanted to stay longer but it was booked! Thank you!

This property was beautiful, immaculate, and quiet. Unfortunately it was very hot, but there was a fan provided.
I had trouble communicating because I had to use the VRBO app which would not install properly for me.
Great location, clean and modern basement apartment
My partner and I stayed here for a month- we really enjoyed the clean modern apartment. Parking is right on Nanaimo and it was always easy to find. The washing machine and dryer are great, and the kitchen is very well stocked. King bed- very soft - we slept sideways to find more firmness. Couch is really hard and not suitable for sleeping. Good internet and televisions in both rooms. Extremely clean and new place. Great communication with hosts! A super spot for a few days in the city- it felt a bit cramped with no clear workspace and not a lot of light when working from home. Quiet place - just hear the shower from the suite above.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review during your month stay. We take great pride in all our guests comfort which is why we do provide a memory foam mattress topper for the sofa bed, unfortunately it was never requested for this stay.
The suite was exactly as described and shown on line. Everything was new and in excellent condition. It was remarkably spacious and well outfitted with everything we needed for our week long stay. The king size bed was a bonus and we both found it extremely comfortable. Street parking was free and easy to find. In addition, our hosts were always readily available if we had any questions. We look forward to staying here again the next time we are in Vancouver and highly recommend it to others looking for a great place to stay.
Location, location, location! Easy driving or public transit to so many attractions within minutes and lots of great places to walk to. Vancouver is home to some of the best restaurants and breweries in the country!
