Built in late 2007 and located in a secure, gated community, this chalet is thoughtfully designed for a peaceful escape. Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting living room with panoramic lake views and a stone wood-burning fireplace, ideal for cozy evenings during the cooler seasons. The three private bedrooms feature one king and two queen beds, with a queen sleeper sofa in the loft for additional guests.

The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your group, and a gas grill on the deck offers a great option for outdoor dining. After a day of exploring, unwind with your favorite shows on the Smart TV (bring your own streaming logins). Wi-Fi is included for added convenience.

Step outside to enjoy the pebble beach, lakeside fire pit, and private dock with two kayaks and a paddleboat available for use on beautiful Lake Sonnenblick—just steps from your door. You’re also minutes away from 150-acre Lake Aspen’s sandy beaches, Innsbrook’s outdoor pool, a conference center, and the award-winning 18-hole golf course and Clubhouse Restaurant.

Important Information & Policies:

Pet-Friendly: Dogs only (max 2). A $150 pet fee per reservation will be charged separately within two weeks of arrival. This fee is not included in the original reservation total.

Strict NO SMOKING policy. A $250 fine will apply for violations.

Left-behind items: A $25 handling fee plus shipping costs applies for return of forgotten belongings.

Extended stays (over 21 days): A $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added after booking.

A starter pack of essentials (toiletries, paper products) is provided. Guests staying longer should plan to purchase additional supplies.

Due to the natural forest setting, occasional sightings of bugs or wildlife may occur despite thorough cleaning.
