This home is only a 7 minute drive / 16 minute bike ride to Topsail Island. Located less than a mile, within 20 min walking distance, 3 minute drive or 4 minute bike ride to local restaurants and shopping. Enjoy the peaceful serenity of this amazing home. This spacious home is 1512 sq. ft., well equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths located on an open spacious property. The home has a huge back yard that backs up to the woods. Come enjoy this amazing home and have a memorable experience.
