Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave used beds unmade.
Leave dishes clean, start dishwasher if needed.
Leave sink and fridge empty and clean
Empty waste bins. Take trash to garbage cans located in front of garage.
Please clean off BBQ and cover
Please lockup all pickleball and sports equipment back in sport box and return key to front door console table.
Retrieve used golf balls.
Make sure windows and doors are locked. Close all shades
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
