Whether you're relaxing in the fitness room or taking advantage of the AC and WiFi, this excellent property has everything you need for a memorable stay. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Large yard and back deck for sitting and grilling on a Traeger Grill. Plenty of room for kids to play and Hot tub is included. Large basement includes treadmill and room for workout. No early check in’s are allowed as the cleaners need time to do their work properly.

PLEASE PUT A LOAD OF TOWELS IN THE WASHER AND START THE WASHER. Leave any remaining towels that need to be washed in the shower or tub
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If staying more than two weeks an extra cleaning fee of $180 will be added.

This was a great house close to my brother's house in Meridian. House was very clean and very nice. I'm certain we'll stay here again. If I'm in the Boise area I will check to see it this one is available again before even searching for other properties.

Amazing rental

Clean and roomy rental. Plenty of space to spread out. The yard is huge. Full and stocked kitchen. Comfortable couches. Plenty of parking. Located in quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend.

Simply perfect

Came in for the Boise 70.3 IM. This place was a perfect location from the event and other necessities. Couldn’t have asked for more. There was plenty of room for all of us and our stuff. We were able to store our bikes in the garage which was delightful. The just was very responsive and accommodated all our requests. Highly recommend this place.

This property was great for three couples plus a teenager. Lots of places to park in the driveway. This property was also centrally located between Boise annd Meridian and easy to get on the freeway.
