The place has been great. We needed a jumping off spot for the weekend and had 3 different family groups. Having some activities where we were staying made it easier to keep the young and old kids (8, 18, and 40s) entertained meant "ready to head back to the house?" meant there was still something to look forward to doing when we got there.

Pool and property demand relaxation! Host was welcoming, responsive and informative. House was absolutely beautiful! Excellent location and amenities. Lots of towels available. Dishwasher may need some TLC, under a flight pattern and no cleaning supplies available so we went to buy some.

A fabulous house and a fabulous host. It was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated, and they thoughtfully took advantage of every bit of the space. The outdoor area was stunning. We spent every evening sitting on the sofa under the tiki hut, watching TV and listening to music, sat around the fire pit. Cooked on the grill. Swam in the pool. Kayaked in the canal. We were down for our daughter‘s wedding and we had other family and friends who rented houses in the area. Everyone agreed that “our” house was the absolute best! I have never had such a responsive host either. I messaged him because I could not find the measuring spoons in the kitchen and had an immediate response that an Amazon delivery would be arriving with the spoons the next morning. And they did! It’s that kind of host that really makes a difference.

Great location and nice home.

Me and my best friend was in town for my birthday week. I chosed this location for the space and its comfort. Our host was excellent and able to answer all our questions and keep us informed. Place was spacious and very clean. Only downfall was that if you are staying in cutler bay, it is roughly 35-40 mins from Downtown Miami and south Beach. However we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend anyone who plans on visiting.

Our visit was great. Very clean! Only negative is we thought it was a 4 bedroom house when in turn it was 3 bedrooms and a game room with a futon. Would stay here again.

Great Experience

From the time of check in until we checked out. The owners were very friendly, professional and kind. They would send a message to make sure we were comfortable. The pictures does not do justice for this house ! It is sooooo beautiful, I am a man of many words but this house left me speechless. My grandma only complaint was she couldn’t take the bed back to Georgia lol because it was so comfortable.
