Wind River Mountain View across Ocean Lake. Comfortable distance off of Missouri Valley Road (WY 134). Wild Life Habitat area right across the road. Pheasant hunting when in season and wildlife viewing year round. 20 miles to Riverton. Very comfortable house with privacy.

This is a wonderful house that we have out grown. It is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Out front is a spectacular view that is always changing with the weather whims of Wyoming that change colors and textures for constant inspiration of planet Earth.

Why they chose this property

There are neighbors in sights, but not close. This is the agricultural district of Missouri Valley. Therefore there are farm fields, cattle and horses and irrigation water. There are horses on the property. Town is relatively close yet all the advantages of rural life are right here. We have good pavement right to the driveway (Coffey Lane).

What makes this property unique

This house is unique for this area. It is large and comfortable with a spectacular view. There is very little available in this area for vacation rental property. Dubois is an hour away, Lander and Riverton are closer. The traffic is minimal compared to the Jackson area. You get peace and quiet without going very far off the pavement.
