Welcome to our spacious condo that is perfect for your short-term rental for your stay in Bloomington/Normal, located within 10-15 minutes of many popular locations. This is a 2 bedroom apartment that provides plenty of space to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

The living room is furnished with a large sofa and love seat to relax while enjoying your favorite shows on the 50" Smart TV. There are two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, a dresser, and a closet. The updated full sized bathroom has two sinks with plenty of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized appliances providing you everything you need to make your favorite meals. Attached is a nice dining area that comfortably seats 4.

Laundry is located on lower level. Machines are coin operated.

You have access to off street parking and one space under the carport. There is a lockbox in the carport for easy check-in.

**EARLY CHECK-IN REQUEST: Please message us before check-in date. Availability depends on whether we have a same day check out and our cleaners' schedule. Additional fees may apply based on the time requested.
**LATE CHECK-OUT: may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Fees apply: $25 for up to 1 hour, $50 for up to 2 hours.
Unauthorized late checkouts may result in additional charges up to a full night’s stay.
